2. Information we collect
We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it — when you send us an email, or when you use one of the two forms on this site.
The two forms are the “Still deciding?” question box near the foot of the home page, and the Chapter 1 request in the card that appears when you go to leave. The question box asks for your email address and, optionally, your name and your question. The Chapter 1 card asks for your email address only.
What you type is sent to our own server and passed on to Kit (formerly ConvertKit), the email service we use to send the requested file and to answer questions. We use that data for those two purposes and no other: to send you the email you asked for, and to reply to you. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and using it removes you. You can also ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to support@raymond-grant.com. We do not run accounts on this site and we do not sell or rent your address to anyone.
3. Payment processing through Hotmart
All purchases are processed by our provider Hotmart, which acts as the Merchant of Record. All order, billing, and payment data is collected and processed directly by Hotmart — we ourselves store neither payment data nor complete order information. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated and collected by Hotmart at checkout based on your state. Please refer to Hotmart’s own privacy policy for details on their processing.
4. Hosting and delivery
This website is delivered through the infrastructure of Cloudflare. As part of technically serving the pages, Cloudflare processes, among other things, your IP address. Please refer to Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
5. Third-party scripts
We do not run any analytics, heatmap, or session-recording tool on this website. The buy buttons are ordinary links: clicking one takes you to Hotmart’s own checkout page, and no payment code runs here. The one page that loads a script belonging to anyone else is the download page you reach after paying, which loads Hotmart’s widget to show you their follow-on offer. Hotmart may set cookies needed to process your order. See Hotmart’s own privacy policy for details on their processing.
6. Cookies and tracking
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies of its own, and we do not sell your personal information. Cookies are set by Hotmart only once you actively open the checkout; processing there is the responsibility of Hotmart as Merchant of Record. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information — including the right to know what we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes. California residents may exercise their rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and residents of other states under their applicable state privacy laws, by emailing support@raymond-grant.com.
8. Children’s privacy
This website is directed at adults and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
