1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every order is covered by a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If the Playbook isn’t right for you — for any reason — you get the full purchase price back. No questions asked, no forms to fill out, no conditions to meet. The guarantee covers everything sold on this site.
2. How to request a refund
Send a short email to support@raymond-grant.com within 30 days of your purchase. Please include the order number from your Hotmart receipt so we can find your purchase quickly — that’s all we need.
3. How your refund is processed
Refunds are issued through our payment provider Hotmart (the Merchant of Record) to your original payment method. Once issued, it typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. A note before you dispute a charge
If you don’t recognize a charge or anything looks wrong, please email us first — we resolve every request quickly, and a short note is faster for you than a bank dispute. You will never be asked to justify a refund within the guarantee period.
5. Your statutory rights
This guarantee is voluntary and sits on top of any rights you may have under the laws of your state. It does not limit or replace them.
